摘要
目的评价超选择性支气管动脉栓塞化疗在难治性中央型非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年8月至2017年10月重庆市东南医院治疗的80例难治性中央型NSCLC患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组施行单纯支气管动脉灌注化疗,观察组施行超选择性支气管动脉栓塞化疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果与对照组比较,观察组轻-中度咯血症缓解率(40.0%vs.78.9%)、客观缓解率(ORR,42.5%vs.65.0%)、1年生存率(55.0%vs.77.5%)、2年生存率(40.0%vs.67.5%)更高,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超选择性支气管动脉栓塞化疗能够明显缓解患者咯血症状,改善患者预后。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of super selective bronchial artery embolization in the treatment of refractory central non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Eighty patients with refractory central NSCLC treated in Chongqing Southeast Hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were selected,and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received pure bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy,while the observation group received super selective bronchial artery embolization chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the remission rate of mild to moderate hemoptysis(40.0%vs.78.9%),objective remission rate(ORR,42.5%vs.65.0%),1-year survival rate(55.0%vs.75.0%)and 2-year survival rate(40.0%vs.67.5%)in the observation group were higher,the difference was statistically different(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Super selective bronchial artery embolization chemotherapy could alleviate the clinical hemoptysis symptoms,and improve the prognosis.
