摘要
新型细胞因子白细胞介素-37(IL-37)是一种能够有效抑制天然免疫和适应性免疫的抗炎因子。IL-37可显著抑制多种促炎因子的表达并在多种炎症疾病发展过程中起重要作用。病毒感染致病过程中往往会伴随炎症损伤,IL-37在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)等病毒感染及其相关的疾病中可能发挥了重要的作用,然而,其具体机制仍有待深入探讨。该文将对IL-37的结构与功能及其与病毒感染及病毒相关性疾病的关系进行综述。
A new cytokine,interleukin-37(IL-37),is an anti-inflammatory factor that can effectively inhibit innate and adaptive immunity.IL-37 can significantly inhibit the expression of a variety of proinflammatory factors and play an important role in multiple inflammatory diseases.The pathogenic process of viral infections is often accompanied by inflammatory damage.IL-37 may play an important role in viral infections such as human papilloma virus(HPV),human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)hepatitis B virus(HBV)and related diseases.However,its specific mechanism remains to be further explored.This article reviewed the structure and function of IL-37,and reviewed the relationship between IL-37 and viral infection and virus-related diseases.
