石灰对三水铝土矿溶出氧化铝的影响

Influence of Lime on Leaching of Alumina in Bauxite

研究了从某铝土矿中溶出氧化铝,考察了石灰用量、苛性碱质量浓度、溶出温度、溶出时间等对溶出指标的影响。结果表明:在石灰添加量1%、循环母液苛性碱质量浓度190 g/L、溶出温度145℃、溶出时间60 min条件下,氧化铝溶出率为84.9%;反应后赤泥中氧化钠与氧化硅质量比为0.14,溶出液硅量指数为94,溶出效果较好。

The leaching of alumina in bauxite was studied.The effects of lime dosage,caustic alkali concentration,leaching temperature and time on the leaching of alumina were examined.The results show that under the optimum conditions of lime dosage of 1%,caustic alkali concentration of 190 g/L,leaching temperature of 145℃,leacing time of 60 min,the leaching rate of alumina is 84.9%,the mass ratio of sodium oxide to silica in red mud is 0.14,and the silicon content index of leaching solution is 94,the leaching effect is good.
