摘要
建立了同时测定中草药中铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅10种重金属元素的微波消解—ICP-MS法。结果表明:各重金属元素测定结果线性相关性较好,加标回收率为92.02%~107.69%,RSD为1.47%~5.49%。方法操作简单、快速、准确,可用于中草药中多种重金属的同时测定。
A microwave digestion—ICP-MS method was established for simultaneously determining 10 heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine including Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Hg and Pb.The results show that the linear correlation of each heavy metal element is good.The adding standard recovery is 92.02%~107.69%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.47%~5.49%.The method is simple,rapid and accuracy,and can be used for simultaneously detecting various heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine.
