新冠肺炎疫情期间不孕症患者的心理状态及防护措施

Psychological Status and Protective Measures of Infertility Patients During COVID-19 Epidemic

目的:了解新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间不孕症患者的心理状况,探讨相应的防护措施。方法:选取2020年2~3月某院就诊的不孕症患者80例,通过基本情况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对其进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷72份,且与非疫情时期不孕症患者的SCL-90评分比较,并针对现状进行原因分析。结果:新冠肺炎疫情期间被调查的不孕症患者出现心理问题的有63人(87.50%),其中出现躯体化10人(13.89%)、强迫症状16人(22.22%)、人际关系敏感35人(48.61%)、抑郁21人(29.17%)、焦虑48人(66.67%)、恐怖63人(87.50%);自评总分、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分显著高于非疫情时期不孕症患者(P<0.05)。结论:新冠肺炎疫情对不孕症患者的心理状态有较大的影响,以恐怖、焦虑、人际关系敏感、抑郁为主要表现,应重视疫情期间不孕症患者的心理疏导,加强防护措施,改善心理状况水平。

Objective:To investigate the psychological status of infertility patients during the epidemic of COVID-19 and explore the corresponding protective measures.Methods:A total of 80 infertility patients admitted in a hospital from February to March in 2020 were selected.The basic situation questionnaire and symptom check list-90(SCL-90)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey,72 cases were available,and compared with the SCL-90 score of infertility patients in non-epidemic period,and the causes of the current situation were analyzed.Results:Among the infertility patients investigated during the COVID-19 epidemic,63(87.50%)had psychological problems,including 10(13.89%)with somatization,16(22.22%)with compulsive symptoms,35(48.61%)with interpersonal sensitivity,21(29.17%)with depression,48(66.67%)with anxiety and 63(87.50%)with fear.The scores of self-assessment,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety and fear factors were significantly higher than those of infertility patients in non-epidemic period(P<0.05).Conclusion:COVID-19 has great impact on the psychological state of infertility patients,with terror,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity and depression as the main manifestations.Attention should be paid to the psychological counseling of infertility patients during the epidemic period,and preventive measures should be strengthened to improve their psychological status.
