摩擦制动监视硬线的优化分析

摘要 郑州地铁5号线车辆采用EP2002阀作为制动控制设备,该阀出现中等及以上故障时将被置为缺省状态(缓解常用制动及快速制动,保留紧急制动),以期减少对运营的影响。但实际运营结果表明,此种情况下信号系统将在列车进站停车后施加防护,增加了站台作业时长,与EP2002阀的设计初衷相悖,原因在于信号系统会采集车辆的摩擦制动监视硬线作为安全性判断,结合制动力安全系数,提出优化改进摩擦制动监视硬线的方案,在不影响安全的前提下,减少EP2002阀故障对运营的影响。 EP2002 valve is used as the brake control device for Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 vehicles.When the valve has medium or above faults,it will be set as the default state(to release service braking and fast braking,but retain emergency braking)in order to reduce the impact on operation.However,the actual operation results show that in this case,the signal system will apply protection after the train stops at the station,increasing the operating time of the platform,contrary to the original design of EP2002 valve.The reason for the analysis is that the signal system will collect the Friction Brake Monitoring circuit of the vehicle as a safety judgment.Therefore,combining with the braking force safety factor,this paper proposes a scheme to optimize and improve the Friction Brake Monitoring circuit,so as to reduce the impact of EP2002 valve failure on the operation without affecting the safety.
