企业需要的人才既要具备技术技能,又要具有较高的职业素养。高职院校要根据企业需要,不仅要注重学生专业技术技能的培养,还应注重学生职业素养的培养,采用恰当的方法,优化考核评价体系,提升学生的综合素质,为学生的职业发展打下良好基础。

The talents enterprises needed should have both technical skills and high vocational quality.According to the needs of enterprises,vocational colleges should pay more attention to the cultivation of students′vocational quality as well as their professional skills.Appropriate methods should be adopted to optimize the assessment and evaluation system to improve students′comprehensive quality and lay a good foundation for students′career development.
