摘要
目的:研究护理专科毕业生专业及就业认知的现状,并进一步探讨其影响因素。方法:选取某专科院校符合纳入的476名毕业生作为调查对象,使用本研究者编制的调查问卷进行调查。结果:70.63%的学生上大学之前对护理专业不了解,75.75%的毕业生在校学习期间专业思想稳定,58.51%的毕业生打算毕业后从事护理工作,87.65%的毕业生需要就业方面的指导。结论:护理专科毕业生的专业认知度普遍偏低,但他们在校学习期间专业思想较稳定;护理专科毕业生就业认知不容乐观,亟须学校开展针对护理专业的就业指导教育。
Objective:To investigate professional and employment cognition among nursing graduates in high vocational colleges,and further analyze its influencing factors.Methods:Totally 476 nursing college graduates were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire.Results:Before going to college,70.63%of students are not familiar with nursing major,and 75.75%of graduates have stable professional ideas during their study in college.58.51%graduates plan to work in clinic nursing after graduation,while 87.65%graduates need guidance on employment.Conclusion:The professional recognition of nursing college graduates is generally low,but their profe-ssional ideas are relatively stable during their study in college.The employment cognition of junior nursing college graduates is not optimistic,so it is urgent for schools to carry out employment guidance education for them.
