摘要
中药有效成分(ACC)是从中药中提取纯化的天然化合物,因具有增强动物免疫力、抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化等生物活性,而在畜牧生产中应用前景广阔。选取ACC中的多糖、苷类和生物碱,对其化学组成及分类、构效关系、生物活性进行总结,以期为研究其作用机制及在畜牧生产中更好的应用提供理论参考。
ACC is a natural compound extracted and purified from traditional Chinese medicine.Due to its biological activities such as enhancing animal immunity,bacteriostasis,anti-virus and anti-oxidation,ACC has a broad application prospect in livestock production.Polysaccharides,glycosides and alkaloids in ACC were selected to summarize their chemical composition,classification,structure-activity relationship and biological activity,so as to provide theoretical reference for the study of their mechanism of action and their better application in animal husbandry.
