摘要
目的探讨信息化闭环管理在骨科外来器械与植入物管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月1日-2017年6月30日的685包骨科外来器械与植入物作为对照组,选取2017年7月1日-2018年6月30日的768包骨科外来器械与植入物作为观察组。对照组实施传统外来医疗器械与植入物管理模式,观察组实施信息化闭环管理,比较2组器械有效验收率、清洗合格率、器械灭菌后湿包率、器械数量缺失率;器械准时送包率、急诊放行率、规范回收率;术后器械去向明确率、术后器械遗失率。结果观察组有效验收率、清洗合格率、器械准时送达率、去向明确率及植入物规范回收率均明显高于对照组(P<0.001),器械湿包率、数量缺失率、急诊放行率、遗失率均明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论实施全程信息化闭环管理模式,可提高骨科外来医疗器械和植入物管理质量,减少漏洞风险,使医院管理更趋信息化和精细化。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the information closed-loop management on loaner medical instruments and implants in department of orthopedics.MethodsTotally 685 bags of medical instruments and implants used between July 2016 and June 2017 were chosen into the control group,while another 768 ones done between July 2017 and June 2018 were selected into the observation group.The control group was managed using the traditional method,while the observation group was applied the the information closed-loop management.The acceptance inspection,passing rate of rinsing,wet rate after sterilization,miss rate of instruments,timely arrival rate,emergency discharge rate and standardized recovery rate,as well as postoperative tracing and loss rate of loaner medical instruments and implants were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the valid acceptance inspection,passing rate of rinsing,timely arrival rate,postoperative tracing and miss rate of loaner medical instruments and implants of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while the wet rate after sterilization,miss rate of instruments,emergency discharge rate and loss rate were significantly lower than the latter(P<0.001 for all).Conclusion The application of the information closed-loop management can promote the management of loaner instruments and implants and decrease loopholes,making the hospital management more informationalized and accurate.
