涡旋压缩机零部件振动贡献的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 振动是涡旋压缩机常见的故障特征,它将影响到整机的工作性能。为了研究涡旋压缩机主要零部件对整机的振动贡献率,将涡旋压缩机系统简化为多输入单输出模型,建立了涡旋压缩机振动测试试验系统,开展了振动采集信号的时域和频域分析,依据层次分析法建立了信号互功率谱和偏相干函数的判断矩阵赋值规则,最终获得了主要零部件对整机的振动贡献比值。结果表明,转子系统动平衡是引发整机振动的主要来源,传动轴主轴承位置振动贡献比值最大,可以将该位置作为整机振动的敏感测量点。这将为涡旋压缩机的振动监测与故障诊断提供有益参考。 As a common fault feature for scroll compressors,vibration has an effect on the performance of the whole machine.In order to study the contribution of the main components on the vibration of scroll compressor,the system was simplified to multipleinput and single-output model,and an experimental system for scroll compressor vibration test was established.The time-domain and frequency-domain analysis of vibration acquisition signals was conducted.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the judgment matrix assignment rules of the signal cross power spectrum and partial coherence function were established.Finally,the contribution ratio of the main components to the vibration of compressor was obtained.The results show that the dynamic balance of rotor system is the main source of vibration for the scroll compressor,and the vibration contribution ratio of the main bearing location is the largest.This location can be used as a sensitive measurement point for the entire machine vibration.These will provide a useful reference for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of scroll compressors.
