摘要
通过将基础地理信息数据、气象数据、电网数据等多源数据进行融合,利用地理信息系统(GIS)开发建设了内蒙古电网电力气象灾害监测预警系统。该系统采集的数据主要有基础地理信息、气象数据和电网数据,将地理分析与数据分析功能相结合,实现了电网气象监测、气象预报、灾害预警以及电网专题图分析管理功能。将该系统应用于电网,对线路跳闸故障进行气象灾害评估,在防洪防汛期间为电网提供实时的气象保障服务和气象预警服务,均取得了良好的使用效果,保障了电网的安全稳定运行。
Through the integration of basic geographic information data,meteorological data,power grid data and other multi-source data,this paper develops and constructs electric power meteorological disaster monitoring and warning system for Inner Mongolia Power Grid based on GIS system.The data collected by the system mainly includes basic geographic information,meteorological data and power grid data.The system combines geographic analysis and data analysis functions,and realizes the functions of power grid meteorological monitoring,weather forecast,disaster warning,and power grid thematic map analysis and management.The system is applied to the power grid to evaluate the meteorological disasters of line tripping failures,and to provide real-time weather protection services and weather warning services for the power grid during flood control period,which achieves great results and ensures safe and stable operation of the power grid.
