变电站一次设备带电作业组合工具研制及应用

摘要 针对35~220 kV变电站内断路器、电流互感器、隔离开关等一次设备触头表面氧化、脏污严重、操作卡滞,液压线夹无排水孔等问题,研制了检修带电作业组合工具。该工具可实现地电位作业,即在设备带电情况下,完成打磨隔离开关动、静触头氧化层、接触面喷涂纳米导电涂膜、液压设备线夹开排水孔等带电作业项目。实际应用中,可降低检修人员高空作业危险性,完善变电一次设备C、D类检修的日常维护项目,确保设备处于良好运行状态,另外也可作为母线侧设备热缺陷处理的消缺工具,避免因热缺陷被迫大面积停电造成电量损失,提高供电可靠性。 Aiming at the problems of oxidation on the contact surface,serious smudge,operation blocking and no drain hole of hydraulic line clamp of primary equipments,such as circuit breakers,current transformers and disconnectors in substation from 35 kV to 220 kV,a combined tool for maintenance live working is developed.The tool can realize the ground potential operation,which is to complete live working items when the equipment is electrified such as grinding the dynamic and static contact oxidation layer of disconnector,the static,spraying nano-conductive film to the contact surface,drilling the drain hole for the hydraulic equipment line clamp,etc.In practical application,it can reduce the danger of working at high altitude,perfect the routine maintenance items of C and D overhauling of primary substation equipment,and ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.At the same time,it can also be used as a tool to eliminate the thermal defects of bus-side equipment,avoid the power loss caused by large area power failure due to thermal defects,and improve the reliability of power supply.
