火电机组灵活性改造对风电消纳能力的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对内蒙古地区风电装机容量大、火电机组参与调峰能力相对较低的问题,提出对火电机组进行灵活性改造。以电网总发电成本最小化为目标,采用混合整数规划法对机组进行组合。通过调节火电机组最小技术出力和爬坡速率,计算不同额定容量火电机组的启停和出力决策结果,分析其灵活性改造对提高电网消纳风电能力的效果。结果表明,改变额定容量300~350 MW火电机组的最小技术出力,对风电消纳能力影响较大,改造过程中可考虑将其作为目标机组。 Aiming at the problems of large installed capacity of wind power and relatively low capacity of thermal power units to participate in peak load regulation in Inner Mongolia,this paper puts forward the flexibility transformation of thermal power units.In order to minimize the total cost of power generation,the hybrid integer programming method is used to combine the units.By adjusting the minimum technical output and creeping speed of thermal power units,the start-stop and output decision-making results of thermal power units with different rated capacity are calculated,and the effect of its flexibility transformation on improving the wind power capacity of power grid is analyzed.The results show that changing the minimum technical output of the thermal power unit with rated capacity from 300 MW to 350 MW has a great impact on the wind power consumption capacity,which can be considered as the target unit in the process of transformation.
