595nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨595nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年1月来笔者科室就诊的100例患者为研究对象,按数字随机法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗,联合组采用采用595nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果及不良反应。结果:对照组有效率54.0%,联合组90.0%,两组比较有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后不良反应比较,两组患者紫癜和红斑的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但联合组的水疱、刺痛及灼热感的发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:595nm脉冲染料激光联合果酸治疗寻常性痤疮疗效显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of 595nm pulsed dye laser and 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with hydroxy acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,100 patients came to our hospital for treatment in dermatology,50 patients in each group according to the random number method.The reference group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser,while the combination group was treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser and hydroxy acid.The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of the control group was 54.0%.In the combined group,50 cases accounted for 90.0%(P<0.05).The incidence of purpura and erythema in the two groups was not statistically significant,but the incidence of blisters,pricking pain and burning sensation in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with hydroxy acid is effective and safe in the treatment of acne,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
