Surgical Treatment of Nail Matrix Nevi in Children

甲母痣是痣的一种,常以甲黑线的形式出现,好发于儿童,不仅影响美观,且有恶变风险。临床上成人甲母痣主要以外科手术切除为主,小儿甲母痣手术治疗尚无明确的手术方案,因小儿甲结构尚未完全发育且依从性差,手术难度较成人进一步升高。本文分别总结了2例指甲及趾甲不同部位小儿甲母痣手术治疗的方法及术中的注意事项,为今后小儿甲母痣的临床手术治疗提供参考。

Nail matrix nevi(NMN)is a kind of naevus,often manifested as the form of nail black line,and usually occurs in children.It not only affects beauty,but also has the risk of malignant transformation.In the clinical treatment of NMN,surgical resection is the main method for adults,but there is no definite surgical plan for children.Because the structure of nail is not fully developed and the compliance of children is poor,the difficulty of operation is further higher than that in adults.In this paper,we summarized the surgical method and attention of two children with NMN on nail and toenail,so as to offer a reference for the operative treatment of children's NMN in the future.
