基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的干预策略在面部有创激光术后护理中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Intervention Strategy Based on Information-motivationbehavior Skill Model in Nursing Care after Facial Invasive Laser Surgery

目的:探讨和分析基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的干预策略在面部有创激光术后护理中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年12月在笔者医院进行面部有创激光术治疗的患者100例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组51例和对照组49例,对照组给予一般常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的干预策略,并分别对两组患者的干预效果、负性情绪、并发症、满意度等情况进行比较和分析。结果:与对照组相比,经护理干预后,观察组患者ESCA评分(139.69±25.07)分和GSES评分(36.47±4.75)分均明显提高,观察组患者SAS评分(48.70±5.98)分和SDS评分(51.62±6.27)分均明显降低,观察组患者红肿、水疱、瘢痕、局部感染、色素沉着等并发症总发生率15.69%(8/51)明显降低,观察组患者对护理服务的非常满意率50.98%(26/51)和总满意度94.12%(48/51)均明显提高,而不满意率5.88%(3/51)则明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的干预策略对于面部有创激光术后患者自我护理能力和我自效能的提升,负性情绪的改善及并发症的降低均呈现出积极的促进作用。

Objective To probe into the clinical application value of intervention strategy based on information-motivationbehavioral skill model in facial invasive laser postoperative nursing.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,100 patients with facial invasive laser treatment were selected in our hospital.By randomized digital table method,the patients were randomly divided into the observation group(51 cases)and the control group(49 cases).The patients in the control group were given general routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were given the intervention strategy based on the information-motivation-behavioral skill model based on the control group.The intervention effects,negative emotions,complications,and satisfaction of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,the ESCA score(139.69±25.07)and GSEs score(36.47±4.75)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant statistically(P<0.05).The SAS score(48.70±5.98)and SDS score(51.62±6.27)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as swelling,blister,scar,local infection and pigmentation in the observation group was 15.69%(8/51),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The very satisfactory rate of nursing service in the observation group was 50.98%(26/51)and the total satisfaction rate was 94.12%(48/51),which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The dissatisfaction rate of 5.88%(3/51)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention strategy based on the information-motivation-behavioral skill model has positive effect on the self-care ability and self-efficacy of patients with facial invasive laser surgery,the improvement of negative emotions and the reduction of complications.
