心理社会管理对眼睑整形美容患者术后转归和健康状况的影响

The Effect of Psychosocial Management on Postoperative Outcome and Health Status of Patients with Blepharoplasty

目的:分析心理社会管理应用于眼睑整形美容患者对其转归、自制力和健康状况的影响。方法:2017年9月至2019年8月笔者医院收治了82例眼睑整形美容患者,以随机数字表法开展分组,分别命名为研究组和对照组,每组各41例。其中,对照组实施传统性护理,研究组实施心理社会管理。对患者开展为期3个月的随访性追踪,比较两组患者的美容满意度、阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and negative symptom scale,PANSS)评分、自制力水平及健康水平。结果:研究组美容满意度、干预后自制力及健康水平评分优于对照组,研究组干预后PANSS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理社会管理应用于眼睑整形美容患者,能促进整形结果向着良性方向进展,且能提高个体的自制力与身心健康状况。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychosocial management on the outcome,self-control and health status of eyelid plastic and cosmetic individuals.Methods From September 2017 to August 2019,82 patients with blepharoplasty and Cosmetology were treated in our hospital.They were divided into the study group and the control group,41 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was carried out traditional nursing,and the research group was carried out psychosocial management.The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the results of Cosmetology,PANSS,self-control and health of the two groups were compared.Results The cosmetic satisfaction,self-control and health level scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the PANSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychosocial management in eyelid plastic surgery,not only can improve the cosmetic effect,but also improve the individual's self-management ability and improve the physical and mental health.
