多发性骨髓瘤疼痛患者循证护理及改善睡眠质量的作用

Evidence-based Nursing and Improving Sleep Quality in Patients with Multiple Myeloma Pain

目的:探究对多发性骨髓瘤疼痛患者实施循证护理的效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的多发性骨髓瘤疼痛患者150例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用循证护理。比较2组睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.33%)高于对照组(85.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对多发性骨髓瘤疼痛患者实施循证护理可有效改善其睡眠质量及减轻疼痛感,效果较佳。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with multiple myeloma pain.Methods:A total of 150 patients with multiple myeloma pain in First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(75 cases with routine care)and the experimental group(75 cases with evidence-based care).The sleep quality score,pain score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The sleep quality score and pain score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(85.33%),tthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for patients with multiple myeloma pain can effectively improve their sleep quality and reduce pain,and the effect is better.
