加味六味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病伴失眠32例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Modified Liuwei Dihuang Pill on 32 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Insomnia

目的:探讨使用加味六味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病伴失眠32例疗效。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年5月厦门市中医院收治的2型糖尿病伴失眠患者32例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组16例。对照组使用阿普唑仑治疗,观察组使用六味地黄汤治疗。治疗时间为2周。在治疗结束后,统计比较2组治疗前后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)和PSQI评分,并比较2组患者在停药3周后的失眠治疗有效率。结果:治疗后2组的PSQI评分均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,治疗后观察组的FBG、2 hPBG均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对2型糖尿病伴失眠患者使用六味地黄汤治疗,不仅能够增强糖尿病患者的血糖控制,使血糖保持在平稳的状态,也能够有效提高患者的长期睡眠质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of modified Liuwei Dihuang Pill on 32 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with insomnia.Methods:Thirty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insomnia were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 16 cases each.The control group was treated with alprazolam,while the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill.The treatment lasted for 2 weeks.At the end of treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)were compared before and after treatment,and the efficacy of insomnia treatment was compared between the two groups three weeks after drug withdrawal.Results:The treatment effect of insomnia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after three weeks of withdrawal,and the FBG and 2 hPBG after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang Pill can not only enhance the blood sugar control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and insomnia,but also effectively improve the long-term sleep quality of patients with diabetes mellitus.It has clinical popularization value.
