保护性心理护理和睡眠指导在宫颈癌术后护理中的应用研究

Application of Protective Psychological Nursing and Sleep Guidance in Postoperative Nursing of Cervical Cance

目的:观察保护性心理护理和睡眠指导在宫颈癌术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2018年9月福建省肿瘤医院收治的宫颈癌手术患者70例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序奇偶性分对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组进行常规护理指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施保护性心理护理和睡眠指导,比较护理前后负性心理状态情况、睡眠质量。结果:观察组护理前2周,SAS评分、SDS评分、睡眠质量评分与对照组比较结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预4周后上述评分降低,且观察组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌手术患者护理中,考虑到患者情绪问题和睡眠障碍情况,给予患者保护性心理护理和睡眠指导,利于患者预后恢复,值得借鉴。

Objective:To observe the effect of protective psychological nursing and sleep guidance in postoperative nursing of cervical cancer.Methods:We selected 70 patients with cervical cancer surgery in our hospital,the study period was from january 2018 to september 2018,the grouping principle was the admission order parity,divided into control group(35 cases,routine nursing guidance),observation group(35 cases,on the basis of protective psychological nursing sleep guidance),to compare the negative psychological state before and after nursing,sleep quality.Results:SAS score,SDS score,sleep quality score were compared with control group 2 weeks before nursing There was a difference in fruit,however,P>0.05(no statistical difference);the above score was lower after 4 weeks of nursing intervention,and the observation group was lower,P<0.05(with statistical difference).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with cervical cancer surgery,considering the patient′s emotional problems and sleep disorders,the patient′s protective psychological nursing and sleep guidance are beneficial to the recovery of the patient′s prognosis,which is worthy of reference.
