临床护理路径模式对四肢骨折患者肢体功能和睡眠情况的改善效果

Effect of Clinical Nursing Path Model on Limb Function and Sleep in Patients with Limb Fracture

目的:探讨临床护理路径模式对四肢骨折患者肢体功能和睡眠情况的改善效果。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年6月厦门市第五医院收治的四肢骨折患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径模式,比较2组患者的睡眠质量和功能恢复效果。结果:出院时观察组的睡眠质量评分为(5.21±1.56)分,低于对照组的(8.73±1.57)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能恢复优良率(90.24%)高于对照组(70.73%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对四肢骨折患者实施临床护理路径可有效提高患者的睡眠质量,促进患者肢体功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing path model on the improvement of limb function and sleep in patients with limb fracture.Methods:A total of 82 patients with limb fractures admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted clinical nursing path mode to compare the sleep quality and functional recovery effect of patients in the two groups.Results:The sleep quality score of the observation group at discharge was(5.21±1.56),lower than that of the control group(8.73±1.57),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional recovery in the observation group(90.24%)was higher than that in the control group(70.73%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical nursing path for patients with limb fractures can effectively improve the quality of sleep and promote the recovery of limb function,which is worth promoting.
