优质护理干预对三叉神经痛患者睡眠质量与消极情绪的影响研究

Study on the Influence of High-quality Nursing Intervention for the Sleep Quality and Negative Emotions of Patients with Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:探究优质护理干预对三叉神经痛患者自护能力与消极情绪的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月福建省东山县医院收治的三叉神经痛患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用常规三叉神经痛护理组,观察组采用优质护理组,比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]与消极情绪[Zung氏自评量表(Zung)]评分。结果:护理前2组患者的PSQI评分与Zung评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的PSQI评分与Zung量表评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预对三叉神经痛患者的睡眠质量与消极情绪均有积极的改善作用,因此在三叉神经痛患者中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the influence of high-quality nursing intervention for the sleep quality and negative emotions of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in Hospital of Dongshan County of Fujian Province from January 2017 to December 2018 were were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing for trigeminal neuralgia group)and observation group(high-quality nursing group)with 36 cases in each group.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and negative emotions[Zung self-rating scale(Zung scale)]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The PSQI score and Zung score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the PSQI score and Zung score of observation group after the nursing were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality and negative emotions of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,so its application value in the patients with trigeminal neuralgia is higher.
