心脏外科ICU护士职业紧张与睡眠质量的现状及相关性分析

Analysis on the Status and Correlation between Occupational Stress and Sleep Quality of Nurses in ICU of Cardiac Surgery

目的:分析心外科重症监护室(ICU)护士职业紧张与睡眠质量的现状及其相关性。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年10月福建医科大学附属协和医院心外科ICU护士114例作为研究对象,采用Osipow职业紧张指数量表(OSI-R)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PQSI)量表对护士进行评估。结果:心外科ICU护士的OSI-R评分均显著低于国内常模,PSQI评分显著高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关性分析显示,OSI-R量表部分指标与PSQI部分指标密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:心外科ICU护士人员均存在睡眠质量及职业紧张等现况,改善心外科ICU护士的睡眠质量可有效缓解职业紧张。

Objective:To analyze the status and correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality of nurses in ICU of Cardiac Surgery.Methods:A total of 114 nurses in ICU of Cardiac Surgery of Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the nurses were evaluated with Osipow Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition(OSI-R)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI).Results:The OSI-R scores of nurses in ICU of Cardiac Surgery were significantly worse than those of domestic norm,the PSQI scores were significantly higher than those of domestic norm,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the Pearson correlation analysis shows that some indicators of OSI-R scale are closely related to some indicators of PSQI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nurses in ICU of cardiac surgery all have the status of sleep quality and occupational stress.,and the improvement of sleep quality of nurses in ICU of cardiac surgery can effectively alleviate occupational stress.
