摘要
淮安楚州万达广场项目为大型城市综合体工程,地上4层,屋面共计11座采光顶,其中穹形采光顶(圆形、椭圆形采光顶各1座)2座;工程穹形采光顶采用空间网壳结构,构件采用矩形钢管制作,钢梁、钢柱间的连接采用焊接,顶部采用玻璃及铝板组成,侧面设电动开启排烟窗;穹形采光顶施工采用计算软件进行施工模拟和钢丝绳软平台施工技术,确保施工安全,改变传统施工方法长期占用室内空间、影响内部装修施工,缩短工期,为同类工程提供了施工依据。
Huaian Chuzhou Wanda Plaza project is a large-scale urban complex project,with four floors above the ground and 11 roofs in total,including two domes(one for circular and one for oval).The domes of the project are of spatial latticed shell structure,the components are made of rectangular steel tubes,the connection between steel beams and columns is welded,the top is made of glass and aluminum plates,and the side is made of glass and aluminum plates The side is equipped with electric smoke exhaust window;the construction of dome light roof adopts calculation software for construction simulation and steel wire rope soft platform construction technology to ensure construction safety,change the traditional construction method to occupy indoor space for a long time,affect the internal decoration construction,shorten the construction period,and provide construction basis for similar projects.
