摘要
土壤源热泵空调系统一直被誉为可再生能源技术在空调领域应用的典范。该空调类型已经成功实施在办公、医院、宾馆、机场、科技住宅、别墅群、展览中心等建筑类型。区别于常规的风冷热泵及单冷水系统,该系统有数量较大的地埋管换热管路,且目前绝大部分土壤源热泵主机采用主机外水系统阀门切换方式实现夏季制冷,冬季制热。因此,除了分析负荷侧水系统的承压能力,土壤源侧水系统的设置方式及切换阀门的设置方式将严重影响着地埋管侧水系统的承压能力及使用安全。文章从地埋管换热器承压的安全性,机房内切换阀门的可靠性出发,探讨切换阀门的选型及系统承压分析的重要性。以期为土壤源侧承压能力分析提供参考,更好地提升类似项目的可靠性。
GSHP air conditioning system has been praised as a model of the application of renewable energy technology in air conditioning field.This type of air conditioning has been successfully implemented in office,hospital,hotel,airport,science-technology residence,villa group,exhibition center and other building types.Different from conventional air-source heat pump and single-cold water system,this system has a large number of U-tube heat exchange pipes,and most of the current GSHP main engine using the main external water system valve switching mode to achieve summer refrigeration,winter heating.Therefore,in addition to analyzing the pressure bearing capacity of the water system at the load side,the setting mode of the water system at the soil source side and the setting mode of the switch valve seriously affect the pressure bearing capacity and use safety of the water system at the U-buried pipe side.This paper discusses the importance of selection of switch valves and system pressure analysis based on the safety of pressure in U-buried tube heat exchanger and the reliability of switch valves in machine room.In order to provide a reference for the analysis of the bearing capacity of soil source side and improve the reliability of similar projects.
