空气滤清器纸滤芯纸折过滤过程仿真研究

摘要 联合应用GeoDict和MATLAB,构建了一种计算折状过滤材料过滤特性的专用计算方法,通过把微观模型获取的特性参数代入到纸折模型中,可以在宏观与微观之间求解纸折模型的过滤仿真结果,仿真结果与实验室试验结果的比较表明,在压力降和容尘量方面,最大平均误差小于8%,仿真结果与实验结果达到很好的一致性. A special calculation method for calculating the filtration characteristics of folded filter materials is established by using Geodict and MATLAB.By substituting the characteristic parameters obtained from the micro model into the paper folding model,the filtering simulation results of the paper folding model can be solved between the macro and the micro level.The comparison between the simulation results and the laboratory test results shows that the maximum average error is less than 8%in terms of pressure drop and dust holding capacity,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
