某动力模块冷却系统的优化设计

摘要 对某动力模块冷却系统的过热现象进行了原因分析和结构优化设计.利用fluent软件和GT-suite软件搭建了该冷却系统的三维模型和一维模型,并进行了仿真分析.结果表明:优化后的总系统阻力下降了,风量、发动机和发电机的水温均满足设计要求.热平衡试验验证结果表明,试验测试结果与仿真分析结果的误差小于5%,证明优化后的结构方案合理可行. The reason analysis and structure optimization design of the cooling system of a power module are carried out.The three-dimensional model and one-dimensional performance model of the cooling system are built by using FLUENT software and GT suite software,and the simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the total system resistance is reduced after optimization,and the air volume,water temperature of engine and generator meet the design requirements.The error between the experimental results and the simulation results is less than 5%,which proves that the optimized structure scheme is reasonable and feasible.
