摘要
根据警用液压自动路障车系列的改装需求,对二类底盘选型要素进行了分析,通过骨架设计和副车架设计,保证了方舱功能的实现和与底盘的可靠连接;利用四连杆机构原理设计了路障设置装置;通过主、副双供电系统的设计解决了底盘电瓶馈电的问题;利用底盘变速箱取力口开展取力器分流设计,保证了大功耗设备的用电需求.设计结果满足路障车系列改装指标要求.样车试验结果表明,该系列车设计方法正确而有效.
According to the refitting requirements of the series of police hydraulic automatic roadblock vehicles,the selection elements of the second type chassis are analyzed.Through the skeleton construction design and sub frame design,the realization of cabin function and the reliable connection with the chassis are ensured;the roadblock setting device is designed based on the principle of four-bar linkage;the problem of chassis battery feeding is solved through the design of main and auxiliary power supply system;the power take-off port of chassis gearbox is used to carry out the power take-off shunt design to ensure the power demand of high-power equipment..The design results meet the requirements of roadblock vehicle series.The test results show that the design method is correct and effective.
