钢轨铣磨车锂电池供电系统方案设计

摘要 针对钢轨铣磨车的动力源柴油发电机组发电过程所产生一定量的烟雾和较高噪音,并对地铁内作业环境产生较大影响的问题,提出了锂电池供电系统方案.以柴油发电机组型钢轨铣磨车的实际铣磨作业负载电流及功率的测试数据为设计输入依据,对预期的锂电池供电系统与柴油发电机组性能指标进行了对比和分析,设计了锂电池供电系统方案,并对其各部件进行了计算和选型.结果表明所设计的锂电池供电系统方案性能指标满足且不低于目前所使用的柴油发电机组. The power supply system of lithium battery is proposed to solve the problem that the diesel generator of rail milling vehicle produces a certain amount of smoke and high noise during the power generation process,which has a great influence on the working environment in subway.Taking the actual load current and power test data of the rail washing and grinding vehicle with diesel generator set as the design input,the performance indexes of the expected lithium battery power supply system and the diesel generator set are compared and analyzed,and the lithium battery power supply system scheme is designed,and its components are calculated and selected.The results show that the performance index of the designed lithium battery power supply system meets and is not lower than that of the diesel generator set currently used.
