摘要
以木香根腐病原菌尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)为指示菌,采用平板对峙培养法,从分离自健康木香植株根际土壤的324株细菌菌株中筛选具有拮抗作用的细菌,得到了2株拮抗效果好且具有较好稳定性的菌株at-21和at-97,抑菌率分别为66.8%和78.6%.在显微镜下观察发现,两株拮抗菌株对病原菌的菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用.经形态学观察、生理生化分析和16S rDNA碱基序列分析,鉴定菌株at-21为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌Bacillus velezensis,菌株at-97为枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis.
In order to screen antagonistic bacteria against Fusarium oxyporum causing root rot in Saussurea costus(Falc.)Lipech.,324 bacterial strains were isolated with the method of plate confrontation culture from the rhizosphere soil of healthy S.costus plants.Two strains(at-21 and at-97)were found to have high antifungal activity to F.oxyporum,with an inhibition rate of 66.8%and 78.6%,respectively.Microscopic examination revealed that both strains inhibited,in a certain extent,the mycelium growth of the pathogen.According to their physiological and biochemical characters as well as 16S rDNA sequences,at-21 was identified as Bacillus velezensis,and at-97 as Bacillus subtilis.
