慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证诊断标准化研究

Study on diagnostic criteria of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis

目的制订统一的符合临床工作实际的慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证诊断标准。方法前期进行文献检索分析,并召开专家咨询会,进行改良版德尔菲法专家咨询,采用问卷调查的方式统计意见,采用层次分析法分析,并进行方法学探讨。结果确定了慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证48个证素,并对证素进行分层,对每个证素进行权重赋值并排序。结论慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞证诊断标准须明确证素,证素应按照临床实际进行权重排序,最终排序待扩大样本量后确定。

Objective To establish a unified diagnostic standard of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis in line with clinical practice.Methods In the early stage,literature retrieval and analysis were carried out,and an expert consultation meeting was held to conduct expert consultation on the modified Delphi method.Questionnaire survey was used to make statistical opinions,and analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze and discuss the methodology.Results Forty-eight syndrome elements of syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis for chronic prostatitis were determined,the syndrome elements were stratified,and the weight of each syndrome element was assigned and ranked.Conclusion The diagnostic criteria of chronic prostatitis with syndrome of damp heat and blood stasis should be clear about syndrome elements,which should be weighted according to clinical practice,and the final order should be determined after expanding the sample size.
