心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是临床常见的心律失常,高血压病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病及心力衰竭等均可导致房颤的发生发展。房颤可通过多种机制引起左心结构变化,导致其功能发生改变。本文就超声心动图在评价房颤患者左心结构和功能方面的应用进展进行综述。

Atrial fibrillation(AF)is a common arrhythmia in clinic.Hypertension,coronary heart disease,heart failure and other diseases can lead to the occurrence and development of AF.AF can cause changes in left ventricular structure through a variety of mechanisms,resulting in changes in its function.This paper reviews the application of echocardiography in evaluating left ventricular structure and function in patients with AF.
