摘要
在中国早期礼制语境中,“文章”是车服旌旗之纹饰和色彩的统称。一方面,纹饰和色彩促成了礼制的表达,在丝、木和金等载体上,文章普遍地指向了与“质”相对应的“文”;另一方面,器物上的色彩凝聚了一定的政治意识形态,由此形成的正间色观念规定着人们对事物的评价。文章既指具体的图案和纹饰,也指各种色彩及其组合。在礼仪活动中,纹饰和色彩的展示度远胜于文字,这是文章能够以表演形态呈现的基础。在早期文本中,人们以器物纹饰和色彩彰明礼仪,文章进而指涉礼仪制度,由此形成了中国文学批评独特的表达形态。
In the context of early Chinese etiquette,“Pattern”is the general term for the decoration and color of clothing,carriage and flag.On the one hand,Ornamentations and colors have contributed to the expression of etiquette.On silk,wood,and gold,the pattern generally means the“Ornamentation”corresponding to“texture”;on the other hand,the colors on the utensils condense a certain degree political ideology of China.The Pattern refers not only to specific,but also to various colors and their combinations.In ceremonial activities,the display of patterns and colors is far better than words,which is the basis for pattern to be presented in the form of performance.In the early texts,people used Ornamentation and colors to highlight etiquette,and pattern further refer to etiquette system,thus forming a unique expression form of Chinese literary criticism.
