摘要
目的:分析癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)联合检测在肺癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取108例肺部疾病患者作为研究对象,均接受血清CEA、CA199与CA125检测和病理学检查。以病理学检查结果为金标准,比较CEA、CA199、CA125单项及联合检测在肺癌诊断中的效能。结果:108例患者中,经临床病理学检查确诊肺癌48例,肺部良性病变60例;CEA、CA199与CA125联合检测诊断的准确度与特异度均高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测的敏感度明显高于CEA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CEA、CA199与CA125联合检测诊断肺癌的准确度和特异度均高于单项检测,且敏感度高于CEA检测。
Objective:To analyze value of combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:108 patients with lung diseases admitted from June 2014 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.All received serum CEA,CA199 and CA125 detection and pathological diagnosis.The results of pathological diagnosis were analyzed.The diagnostic efficiencies of single CEA,CA199,CA125 and combined detection for lung cancer were compared.Results:Among the 108 patients,48 cases were diagnosed with lung cancer and 60 cases were benign lung lesions by using the clinical pathological examination.The accuracy and specificity of combined detection of CEA,CA199 and CA125 were higher than that of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection was significantly higher than that of single CEA detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The accuracy and specificity of CEA CA199 and CA125 combined detection combined detection of CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the diagnosis of lung cancer are higher than that of CEA single detection,and the sensitivity is higher than that of sing CEA detection.
