左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患儿的效果

Effects of Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in treatment of children with epilepsy

目的:观察左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患儿的效果。方法:选取80例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予奥卡西平治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予左乙拉西坦治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、免疫因子水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA和IgG水平均明显高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组CD8+水平均明显低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗癫痫患儿可提高治疗总有效率和改善免疫因子水平,效果优于单纯奥卡西平治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate effects of Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods:80 children with epilepsy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxcarbazepine,while the study group was treated with Levetiracetam on the basis of that of the control group.The treatment effective rate,immune factor levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate in the study group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 72.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA and IgG levels of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group;the levels of CD8+of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and that of the study group were lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Levetiracetam combined with Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of the children with epilepsy can increase the treatment effective rate and improve the levels of immune factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Oxcarbazepine.
