改良法制作全口义齿在下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收患者中的应用效果

Application effects of modified complete denture in patients with severe resorbed mandibular alveolar ridge

目的:观察改良法制作全口义齿在下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用常规方式制作全口义齿,观察组在对照组基础上采用改良法制作全口义齿,比较治疗后两组咀嚼效率及满意度。结果:治疗3、12个月后,观察组咀嚼效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咀嚼功能、固位功能、语音功能及美观程度等满意度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良法制作全口义齿应用于下颌牙槽嵴重度吸收患者,可提高咀嚼效率及满意度,其效果优于常规法制作全口义齿治疗效果。

Objective:To observe application effects of modified complete denture in patients with severe resorbed mandibular alveolar ridge.Methods:60 patients with severe resorbed mandibular alveolar ridge were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each.The control group used conventional complete denture,while the observation group was given the modified complete denture.Then,the masticatory efficiency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The mastication efficiencies of the observation group 3 months and 12 months after the treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the observation group had significantly higher scores in the masticatory function,retention function,voice function and aesthetics than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For patients with severe resorbed mandibular alveolar ridge,the modified complete denture can improve the masticatory efficiency and satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to conventional complete denture.
