摘要
目的:观察改良小剂量对比剂测试技术在64排CT下肢动脉血管成像(CTA)检测中的应用效果。方法:选取100例行64排CT下肢动脉CTA检查的糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予示踪法技术检测,研究组予改良小剂量对比剂测试技术检测,比较两组图像质量主观指标评分,图像质量客观指标和辐射剂量指标水平。结果:两组原始轴位图像评分、容积再现图像评分和最大密度投影图像评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组髂总动脉中点CT值、髂外动脉中点CT值、股动脉中点CT值、信噪比和对比噪声比水平均低于对照组,背景信号和背景噪声水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组平均容积CT剂量指数、剂量长度乘积、有效剂量水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良小剂量对比剂测试技术应用于64排CT下肢动脉CTA检测所获得理想图像质量效果优于示踪法技术检测效果。
Objective:To investigate Application effects of modified low-dose contrast agent test in 64-slice CT angiography of lower extremity arteries.Methods:100 patients with diabetic arteriosclerosis obliterans underwent 64-slice CT angiography of lower extremity arteries were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The control group was examined by tracer technique,while the study group was examined by modified low-dose contrast test.The scores of the subjective indexes and objective indexes of image quality and the level of radiation dose index were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the original axial image score,volume reconstruction image score and maximum density projection image score(P>0.05).The CT values of the midpoint of the common iliac artery,the midpoint of the external iliac artery,the midpoint of the femoral artery,the signal-to-noise ratio and the contrast-to-noise ratio of the study group were lower than those of the control group;the background signal and background noise levels were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average volumetric CT dose index,dose length product,and effective dose level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The image quality of the modified low-dose contrast agent test in the 64-slice CT angiography of lower extremity arteries is superior to that of tracer technique.
