集束化护理预防新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察集束化护理预防新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法:选取80例新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)采用呼吸机辅助通气的患儿作为研究对象,将2018年1月至6月收治的40例患儿设为对照组,2018年7月至12月收治的40例患儿设为研究组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受集束化护理,比较两组住院时间、住院费用、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率和患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果:研究组住院时间明显短于对照组,住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为5.00%(2/40),明显低于对照组的32.5%(13/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家长对护理工作的满意度为97.50%(39/40),明显高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用集束化护理,可降低新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间,提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度,其效果优于常规护理。 Objective:To observe effects of cluster nursing in prevention of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods:80 children with ventilator-assisted ventilation in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)were selected as the research objects.Among them,40 children admitted from January to June 2018 were set as control group,and 40 children admitted from July to December 2018 were set as the study group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received cluster nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,and satisfaction of the parents of these children were compared between the two groups.Results:The hospitalization time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group;the hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of ventilatorassociated pneumonia in the study group was 5.00%(2/40),which was significantly lower than 32.5%(13/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the parents in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was significantly higher than the control group of 80.00%(32/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine nursing,the cluster nursing can reduce the incidence of neonatal ventilator-related pneumonia and hospitalization expenses,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction of the parents of these children.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
