摘要
试验以M6BR、M10AM、M2BH、M2BQ和M2AC五个国外杂交种选系为被测系,以丹M9-2、丹黄34、丹598、丹99长和丹3140五个旅系为测验系,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交法,分析主要农艺性状和产量配合力效应。结果表明:自交系M2AC、丹598和丹3140不同性状的一般配合力效应值较好;M2AC×丹598、M2AC×丹3140和M10AM×丹黄34三个组合的产量特殊配合力效应值相对较高;M2AC×丹3140、M2AC×丹598、M10AM×丹3140三个组合总的产量配合力效应较高,与实际表现基本一致,说明总配合力效应更能准确地反应杂交种各性状的综合表现。
Five foreign hybrid breeding second cycle inbred lines M6BR、M10AM、M2BH、M2BQ and M2AC as the tested inbred lines,crossed with 5 Lvda Red Cob(LRC)inbred lines(DanM9-2,Danhuang34,Dan598,Dan99L and Dan3140)by incomplete diallel crossing(NCⅡ),it analyzed the main agronomic characters and yield combining ability effect.The results showed that:general combining ability effect value of different characters of inbred lines M2AC、Dan598 and Dan3140 were better,special combining ability effect value of three hybrids M2AC×Dan598、M2AC×Dan3140 and M10AM×Danhuang34 were better,three hybrids M2AC×Dan3140,M2AC×Dan598,M10AM×Dan3140 were higher on total combining ability effect which expression was consistent with actual planting,it explained the total combining ability effect could more accurately reflect the comprehensive performance of hybrids.
