This paper introduces the development status of cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in Xi'an,points out the problems of backward hardware facilities and high cost of cold chain logistics in Xi'an at this stage,and puts forward optimization suggestions for the construction of cold chain logistics system of agricultural products from the aspects of operation cost,distribution system,information construction and organization construction.
