摘要
菊苣多糖(Chicory polysaccharide,CPS),又称菊糖、菊粉,是菊苣中重要功能活性物质之一,现代药理学研究表明菊苣多糖具有治疗各种炎症、降血糖、降血脂、抗疲劳、提高免疫力等功效。文中重点对菊苣多糖的生物活性、保健功能以及其加工产品的开发现状进行了综述,为更好地发挥菊苣的资源优势,利用菊苣多糖开发保健食品及药物治疗提供借鉴。
Chicory polysaccharide(CPS),also known as inulin and inulin,is one of the important functional active substances in chicory.Modern pharmacological research shows that chicory polysaccharide has the effects of treating various inflammations,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipids,anti-fatigue,and improving immunity.This article focuses on the summary of the biological activity,health function and the development status of chicory polysaccharides as well as the development status of its processed products.It provides a reference for the better use of chicory's resource advantages and the development of health foods and drug treatments using chicory polysaccharides.
