摘要
为了丰富食用百合品种多样性,筛选具有较高食用开发潜能的食用百合新品种,试验选取大花卷丹为试材,以传统兰州百合为对照,在鳞茎采收期测定其营养物质和活性物质含量。结果表明,大花卷丹鳞茎营养物质中蛋白质、淀粉、维生素C含量分别为138.09、625.98和374.65 mg/g,均高于兰州百合;大花卷丹鳞茎活性物质中皂苷和总黄酮的含量分别为1.24 mg/g和3.09 mg/g,均高于兰州百合。大花卷丹可以做为食用百合在抚顺地区推广种植。
In order to enrich the diversity of edible lily varieties and screen new edible lily varieties with high edible development potential,two edible lily varieties were selected for the experiment.The contents of nutrients and active substances were measured and the differences between them were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of nutrients and active substances in lily bulbs were different.The contents of protein,starch and vitamin C in the bulblets of L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.were 138.09,625.98 and 374.65 mg/g,which were higher than those of L.davidii var.unicolor;the contents of total saponins and total flavonoids in the bulblets of L.leichtlinii var.maximowiczii Baker.were 1.24 mg/g and 3.09 mg/g,which were higher than those of L.davidii var.unicolor.The nutrients and active components of the two edible lilies were analyzed comprehensively.The results provide a reference for screening new edible lily varieties.
