Ca^2+对造纸湿部及纸性的影响

摘要 以去金属离子处理后的漂白桉木KP浆为原料,以树脂酸钠和草酸钠混合物作为阴离子垃圾模拟物,通过测试不同加入物的浆料的加拿大标准游离度、白水的电导率及吸光度、成纸的抗张强度、耐破度、Cobb值等物理指标,结合相应的SEM结果,研究了Ca^2+的累积对造纸湿部以及成纸特性的影响。研究结果表明,浆料中Ca^2+浓度增加,提高了不添加助剂浆料的留着率和滤水性,添加了助剂的浆料的滤水性和留着率均降低;成纸的施胶度下降;成纸的抗张强度和耐破度先增后减;浆料中的Ca^2+与DCS生成大量的白色颗粒状沉积物和胶黏物黏附于纤维表面,影响到成纸纤维之间的结合,造成严重的树脂障碍。 The bleached Eucalyptus KP pulp removed of metal ions was used as the raw material,and the mixture of sodium resinate and sodium oxalate was used as the anionic trash simulant.The physical indexes,such as Canadian Standard Freeness of pulp,conductivity and absorbance of white water,tensile strength,bursting strength and Cobb value of pulp with different additives were tested.Combined with the corresponding SEM results,the effect of Ca^2+accumulation on papermaking wet-end and paper properties was studied.The results showed that drain ability and retention of pulp without additives were improved with increasing concentration of Ca^2+in the pulp.For the pulp with additives,drain ability and retention decreased,sizing degree decreased,and tensile strength and bursting strength of the paper increased first and then decreased.A large number of white granular deposits and stickies,produced by Ca^2+and DCS in the pulp,adhered to fiber surface and influenced the bonding of paper fibers,and caused serious resin barrier.
