斜纹夜蛾性信息素诱芯中有效成分的气相色谱分析研究

Analysis method of sex pheromone lures of Spodoptera Litura by GC

采用气相色谱法建立了斜纹夜蛾性信息素诱芯中有效成分的分析方法。选用HB-35毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以正丁醇为内标物对有效成分进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,斜纹夜蛾性信息素诱芯中2个有效成分和内标物能够很好地分离,且保留时间适宜。(Z,E)-9,11-十四碳烯乙酸酯、(Z,E)-9,12-十四碳烯乙酸酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.0999 5,标准偏差分别为0.018 0、0.001 9,变异系数分别为1.78%、1.88%,平均回收率分别为99.78%、99.36%。该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,适用于产品中斜纹夜蛾性信息素有效成分的定量分析。

A method was developed for the analysis of sex pheromone of the oriental leafworm moth Spodoptera Litura by GC.The active components were separated by HB-35 capillary column with FID and quantified by n-butanol as internal standard.The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of sex pheromone lures of Spodoptera Litura and internal standard substance could be well separated,and the retention time was suitable.The liner correlation coefficients of(Z,E)-9,11-tetradecadienyl acetate,(Z,E)-9,12-tetradecadienyl acetate were 0.9993 and 0.9995,the standard deviations were 0.0180 and 0.0019,the variation coefficients were 1.78%and 1.88%,the average recoveries were 99.78%and 99.36%,respectively.The method has the advantages of simple,convenient,good separating effect,high precision and accuracy,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of the active ingredients of the oriental leafworm moth sex pheromone.
