摘要
建立了高效液相色谱方法同时测定24%虱螨脲·虫螨腈悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。使用甲醇+水作为流动相,紫外可变波长检测器和Eclipse XDB-C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱,在254 nm波长下对试样中虱螨脲和虫螨腈同时进行分离和定量分析。该方法中虱螨脲和虫螨腈线性相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 9,标准偏差分别为0.04、0.07;变异系数分别为0.82%、0.35%;平均回收率分别为99.80%、99.91%。该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度和准确度高,适用于制剂中虱螨脲和虫螨腈的定量分析。
The HPLC method for the determination of active ingredients content in lufenuron·chlorfenapyr 240 SC was established.The simultaneous determination of lufenuron and chlorfenapyr in the samples was conducted with Eclipse XDB-C18 column and UV-absobance detector at 254 nm,using methanol and water as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlations for lufenuron and chlorfenapyr were 0.9993 and 0.9999,the standard deviations were 0.04 and 0.07,the coefficients of variation were 0.82%and 0.35%,the average recoveries were 99.80%and 99.91%,respectively.The method has the advantages of simple,convenient,good separating effect,high precision and accuracy,which is suitable for quantitative analysis of lufenuron and chlorfenapyr in the formulation.
