基于高校学生发展视域的综合评价招生实施效果研究

A Study on the Effectiveness of Comprehensive Evaluation of College Admission in China:From the Perspective of College Students’Development

综合评价是高校招生考试制度改革的重点内容。在对高校师生访谈调查、学生问卷调查,以及将访谈结果与学生学业成绩、转专业率等统计数据比较的基础上,对比统一高考录取学生和综合评价录取学生在学业表现、综合素质、专业认同3个方面的差异。研究发现:与统一高考录取的学生相比,通过综合评价录取的学生表现出较好的学习潜力,其综合素质和专业认同较高;但综合评价录取学生的综合素质是否与学业表现呈正相关,以及其专业稳定性还有待追踪评价。随着综合评价招生实践范围的扩大,亟待加强对综合评价录取学生的跟踪评价,研究综合评价招生模式的适用范围,重视选考科目与专业的匹配度,增强学业水平考试与高考的关联度,探索科学评价学生的综合素质,尤其要重视综合评价录取学生招生与培养、学业表现与就业去向等追踪研究,系统评价综合评价招生的实施效果。

Comprehensive evaluation is the key content of college entrance examination system reform.Based on the results of interviews with college teachers and students,questionnaire survey and students’academic achievements,it is found that,compared with the students enrolled by the unified college entrance examination,the students enrolled by comprehensive evaluation show better academic performance,and their comprehensive quality and professional identity are higher.However,some problems remain to be tracked and evaluated,such as,whether the comprehensive quality of the enrolled students is positively correlated with their academic performance,and the professional stability.With the expansion of the practice scope of comprehensive evaluation admission,the following researches need to be strengthened:a)Strengthen the tracking evaluation of the students enrolled by comprehensive evaluation;b)Further study on the application scope of comprehensive evaluation admission model;c)Pay attention to the matching degree of selected examination subjects and college majors;d)Enhance the correlation between academic achievement test and college entrance examination;e)Explore the scientific evaluation of students’comprehensive quality;f)Especially pay attention to the tracking research of the comprehensive evaluation of admission and training,academic performance and employment,and systematically evaluate the implementation effect of comprehensive evaluation admission.
