德国森林可持续经营管理制度的经验及启示

The Experience and Inspiration Base on German Forest Sustainable Management System

本文分析了德国在可持续森林经营理念指导下的森林经营规划、标准化操作、职业教育、林道建设、森林社会化以及生物多样性保护等方面的管理经验。在此基础上,结合我国森林经营发展现状,建议通过加快森林抚育、人才培养、道路建设等基础性的管理举措,加强对森林经营工作的管理,为精准提高森林质量奠定坚实的基础。

This paper analyzes Germany's management experience in forest management planning,standardized operations,vocational education,forest road construction,forest socialization,and biodiversity protection under the guidance of the concept of sustainable forest management.On this basis,combined with the current situation of forest management development of China,it is recommended to strengthen the management of forest management work through basic management measures such as speeding up forest tending,talent training,and road construction,in order to lay a solid foundation for the precise improvement of forest quality.
