摘要
针对来水B/C小于0.2,出水指标对总氮(TN)有严格要求(TN≤15 mg/L)的废水,鞍钢集团工程技术有限公司提出了好氧-缺氧(O-A)生物脱氮废水处理工艺,研究了惰性气体吹脱反硝化工艺段废水溶解氧技术和反硝化生物滤池反洗余气加速排放技术,结合后得到了一种无硝化液回流、溶解氧含量低、总氮去除效率高的工艺方法,实现了废水中总氮的强化脱除,同时降低了系统运行成本。
In view of the wastewater whose B/C ratio of influent water was required to be less than 0.2 and total nitrogen of effluent water was strictly required not to be more than 15 mg/L, the anoxic-aerobic(O-A) biological nitrogen removal process for treating wastewater was proposed by Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd. of Ansteel Group Cor., Ltd.. Technologies of blowing off dissolved oxygen in wastewater in denitrifiction process section with inert gas and accelerating the discharge of backwashing residual gas from denitrification biological filter were studied. After combination of these two technologies, the process with no nitrification liquid backflow, low content of dissolved oxygen and high efficiency for total nitrogen removal was obtained and thus the intensive denitrogenation of total nitrogen in wastewater was achieved while the cost for operation of the system was reduced.
