摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼焦部焦炉煤气脱硫制酸过程中酸吸收塔泄漏问题,分析了泄漏产生的原因,对酸吸收塔防腐内衬材料包括陶瓷内衬、PTFE内衬、搪铅内衬和浸渍石墨碳砖进行了比较与选择,提出将搪铅和浸渍石墨碳砖联合应用于酸吸收塔的砌筑维修,实施效果良好,解决了酸吸收塔泄漏问题。
In allusion to the problem that the leakage of the acid absorbing tower occurred in preparing acid by desulfurization of the gas from a coke oven in Coking Plant of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the causes leading to leakage were analyzed. After that these materials for building anticorrosive inner linings to the tower such as ceramic linings, PTFE linings, lead-evading linings and impregnated graphite carbon bricks were selected based on comparison. It was proposed that these two materials of lead-evading linings and impregnated graphite carbon bricks could be used for construction and maintenance of the acid absorbing tower. The practice in use demonstrated that good results were achieved and thus the problem concerning the leakage of the acid absorbing tower was solved.
